SERVICE QUIZ Did you know that ONLY Harley-Davidson® employees have access to Dealer Services Technical Support located in Milwaukee? Did you know that ONLY franchised Harley-Davidson® dealers have access to Factory Service Bulletins, key updates and crucial technical information that affect your Harley? Did you know that your Extended Service Plan (ESP) can ONLY be honored by a factory authorized Harley-Davidson ® dealer, NOT a local repair shop? Did you know that ONLY certified Harley-Davidson® technicians currently employed at a franchised H-D dealer are eligible to attend factory training to maintain their certifications and stay current with the latest technology? Did you know that the day a technician leaves the employment of a Harley-Davidson® dealer, he or she is no longer currently certified? Did you know that many of the tools required to properly service your Harley-Davidson® are ONLY available to franchised Harley-Davidson® dealers? If you answered "no" to even one of these questions, you have put your bike in jeopardy. You might have paid for repairs that could have been covered by your Manufacturer's Warranty or your ESP. But ONLY if you took it to the H-d dealer! OUCH. The moral to the story is BUYER BEWARE! If it was that easy to repair your Harley-Davidson ®, anyone with a set of cheapie socket wrenches and a couple of drills from the hardware store could do it. Beware of claims from aftermarket "chop shops" that bill themselves as an "authorized Harley-Davidson ®" repair facility or a "master" technician. You get what you pay for. The "Basics" Service is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00pm. Service is CLOSED on Sunday.
We're going to make this very easy! Here's all you need to do: Call us at (703) 221-3757 to make an appointment, drop your bike off any time service is open or you can fill out a Service Request at the bottom of this page and we will call you back. How much easier can it get?
