I would like to thank all of the men and women that spent so much time in the preperation for the Rolling Thunder ride from your dealership. "My 2009 Streetglide was running rough with increased virbration, it was running like a shovelhead on one jug. I dropped it off at the Service Department and the next day they let me know a heat sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. Within a few days the sensor had arrived and my motor was ready for pickup, no charge, as it was covered by warranty. The service guys were top rate in the way they talked to me and handled my problem."

"The "Family" atmosphere There is alot to be said about the Family atmosphere at East Coast Harley; From the Clothing Sales staff, to Parts and Service, to the Motor Sales and Financing Staff the customer is "Family". I always enjoy going to visit my extended Family at East Coast, and though I may not need to make a purchase or service stop I always enjoy my "visit". I cannot say enough about Dave and Mike behind the Parts counter. Both of these guys go out of their way to help me find what I need or Want. Their passion about the Bikes and the fun we have jokeing around are what I enjoy the most. Brian and Chris back in the shop go out of their way to get the work done and done right the first time and if what I want to do wont work they always suggest something that will. Guy in sales is a great person to crack jokes with and when your looking it is a no pressure experience, when your ready to buy, expect the absolute best from everyone in the dealership. Elizabeth makes a point of learning every customer's name and that attitude filters down into everyone that works at East Coast. When at East Coast you are Family."

"Usually I dont bother with this type of stuff, but when someone goes above and beyond to help, I think people need to know. I was looking for a Christmas present for my husband and had been to two other Harley shops. One store never even bothered to talk to me and the other just said "over there" when I was looking for something in particular. I left, annoyed, and drove to East Coast. "This was my first motorcycle purchase and I must say the staff was very helpful. I found the used bike on the web site and as soon as I called PJ was professional and helpful. She checked to make sure the bike was still there before I wasted a trip since I was about 45 min away from the dealer. When I came in to the dealer she wasted no time in showing me the bike and telling me about it. She answered all my questions and gave me information I had not thought about. The next day I came back to pick up the motorcycle and PJ was off. I thought this might be a problem but again as soon as I came in I was greeted and asked what I needed. When I told them they knew who I was and introduced me to Lindsey in finance. She was great. She explained so many things I didn't know about from my research it was awesome. From sales to finance to clothing the experience was tremendous. I can not wait to meet the service area because I'm sure it will be no different. "
